I love how involved this campus gets! Today, as most people know, is Veterans Day … the day when we honor everyone who has bravely fought for our country. Texas State did a great job in recognizing everyone today and showing respect for all those who put their lives on the line.
Today in the Quad there was a ceremony, and seeing people there braving the cold to show respect for all our heroes made me extremely happy! Music was played, cannons were shot, and respect was shown. I have multiple people in my family who have fought for our country and I am forever thankful for them … as well as all the others who have served and to all the people who are currently serving. You all are heroes! Wear your ribbons proudly today, Bobcats!
